Laser Lounge Med Spa’s cancellation policy states that if a client cancels/reschedules within 24 hours or less of the scheduled appointment time they will automatically be charged 50% of the scheduled service price, $50 being the least amount charged. A client that shows up 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time is considered a no show and will be charged. After two no show appointments, a client will not be able to book again. This is to
respect both our staff and the time reserved for our valued clients.
